mitmep\u00e4evased, vaiksemad v\u00f5i jagamist ja koosolemist toetavad, keskendudes jooga, hingamise, kehateadlikkuse, puhkuse, taastumise v\u00f5i lihtsalt aeglustamise teemadele.<br>Iga s\u00fcndmus on oma n\u00e4gu \u2013 koha, aja ja teema j\u00e4rgi \u2013 kuid neid \u00fchendab rahulik tempo, v\u00e4ike grupp ja teadlik kohalolu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Vali
